As we all know our country India is one of the youngest country in the world. Youth constitutes a major part of the labor force of our country, despite of this fact, the number of underprivileged youth in India who lacks education and proper guidance is so huge that according to the reports of the Financial Express “Only 15%of the young graduates passing out of colleges are employable; the rest are branded ‘unemployable’.”
It is not that they lack in theoretical knowledge but instead it is the lack of right skills and attitude e ,therefore there is an increasing concern among the leading employers of the country, about the dearth of ready-to-deliver employees.
At Rapp Genesis Neurogen Charitable Trust our aim is to impart education and training to children, youth and women so that they can live a self-reliant life of dignity and respect.
